Question - I would like to book more than 1 Pod/Room.

Answer - Please set the qty box to "1" and complete the booking details. Select Add to Basket and then the Continue button on the next page. You will be transferred back to the booking page to complete the 2nd, 3rd .... etc Pods/Rooms (please follow the steps above for each booking).

When all Pods/Rooms are listed please simply follow the checkout procedure.

Question: Euro Exchange Rate

Answer:The Price displayed in Euro's is a guide price. Your order will be processed in GBP (British Pound) and converted based on your bank accounts exchange rate at the time of booking (prices displayed in Euro's is simply a guide exchange rate).

Question Tailor Made Packages

Answer If our pre-set 4 night packages don't meet your requirements we can accommodate Tailor Made Packages. There is a minimum 4 Night Booking (you don't need to stay the full 4 nights if this doesn't fit with your travel arrangements) add the total number of guests and any additional nights. We will require the Primary Contact Name, any additional guest names and confirmation of your Check In Date and Check Out Date.

We only have limited Tailor Made Packages available offering as much flexibility to our guests as possible - please ensure that you book your bespoke package today.

Question: Can I Pay a Deposit?

Answer: Deposit - 25% deposit can be selected at point of sale. The balance of your booking is payable in full on the 28th February 2024. Failure to complete the balance of your booking will result in the cancelation of your booking, deposits are none refundable.

Please follow the online steps for completing your booking selecting either to pay a deposit or pay in full. If you have opted to pay a deposit we will contact you via your primary email address for your deposit. A digital Invoice will be sent to your primary email address 1 week prior to your balance due date (full payment must be made on or before 28th February 2024).

If you would prefer to pay in full, please follow the online steps selecting payment in full when instructed. We will send you a digital Invoice to your primary email address for the total booking.
